Bellezza Outdoor is very proud to offer all of our clients & partners exceptional quality & service. While we cannot warrant our products against normal wear & tear or abuse, we are committed to handling all true manufacturing defects swiftly & professionally.
What Is Covered
Bellezza Outdoor warrants our products to be free from manufacturing defects for a specified period of time to the original purchaser. The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase & applies to the original purchaser only & is not transferrable. Proof of purchase is required & should include the name of original buyer, date & all respective product numbers. Please note, proper care & maintenance of your outdoor furniture is essential in preserving your rights under this warranty.
What Is Not Covered
Your warranty is limited to any defects in material or workmanship & does not include normal wear & tear or fading, accidental damage, abuse, scratched or chipped finishes, staining or discoloration or failure to comply with care & maintenance instructions. It also does not include wind, fire, flood or freeze damage or other unavoidable acts of nature.
Warranty
All of our products carry a three year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects on the frame & rattan weave & a one year warranty on the cushions & mesh sling material.
To Obtain Warranty Service
If you find a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion at no charge. If we determines a replacement is necessary, it will be on the individual item or items, not a complete setting. Photos of claimed products must be submitted to the attention of our Bellezza Outdoor Warranty Department prior to any judgement regarding defective items, along with a written description of the defect & individual item number. Client is responsible for all shipping & transportation charges back to our warehouse. No items will be accepted without prior written approval from our Bellezza Outdoor Warranty Department. After you receive your return authorization number, please return to our warehouse with your RMA number clearly shown on outside of box, along with a copy of your dated invoice, keeping the original invoice for your records.

Care & Maintenance Instructions:
Our outdoor furniture collections require little maintenance & is very easy to clean.
To clean the all weather outdoor wicker, simply rinse off with an outdoor hose. You can use warm water & a brush for any stubborn spots if necessary.
Your outdoor cushions are weather resistant, however they are not weather proof. Cushions should be cleaned regularly before dirt is allowed to become embedded in the fabric causing damage. You can clean your outdoor cushions by preparing a solution of 1/4 cup mild soap, such as Woolite , Joy or Dawn dishwashing liquid per gallon of lukewarm water or for more thorough cleaning you can unzip the cushion cover & machine wash with mild detergent on the gentle cycle. Air dry cushion covers to prevent shrinkage, do not put in the dryer.
Please consider either purchasing weather covers for your outdoor collections or one of our cushion storage boxes to protect your investment & extend the life of your cushions.
Replacement fabric slip covers can also be purchased separately at any time.

Cushions are included with all of the pieces in our product line at no additional charge, as well as tempered glass tops.
Weather covers are available for all of the pieces in our product line. We recommend covering your outdoor furniture while not in use to protect your investment & extend the life of your furniture.

All products are shown as color accurate as possible, but due to the large variation in digital displays, there are no guarentees that color of the item is exactly as it is on the screen.
If you would like to place an order, please call or email one of our sales consultants who can assist you directly with your order. Our staff will also be able to assist you with scheduling your local delivery from our warehouse in Atlanta & complete your transaction. All orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit with the balance due in full prior to shipment from our warehouse. All sales are final.
Bellezza Outdoor offers volume pricing for bulk orders, as well as a container program for large hospitality or commercial/contract projects. Please inquire for more information with one of our commercial sales associates.
Shipping Information:
All special order items are quoted a 10-12 week turnaround time, however we offer in stock collections available for immediate delivery. The pricing reflected on our website does not include local delivery charges. We are constantly refreshing our inventory, so please contact a sales consultant for more information on current availability & turn around time & to schedule your local delivery.

We work very closely with all of our clients & trade partners by offering complimentary design services to help create the perfect outdoor living space designed for your individual residential or commercial project. Please contact one of our design specialists to discuss your project.
